FIREWALL: Beta Nation
Will the astronauts of tomorrow be John Wayne types or Alan Alda types? And how did America learn to become a Beta Nation? And why is is that Alpha characters -- even when written as foils and villains -- always steal the show? And why is Conservatism so Alpha and Liberalism so Beta?
You'll know six and a half minutes from now. Bill Whittle brings you, BETA NATION.
FIREWALL: Man Bites Dog
We're told by the same people that wrote about Romney's dog 56 times that this whole Obama eating dogs story is trivial and an unserious distraction from the issues of the day. But it's not trivial. Bill Whittle takes a look at this President's history and points out just how different he is from ordinary America.
FIREWALL: Slowly, Slowly
How do you overturn fundamental American rights without forcing people into the streets with protest signs, or even rifles? By doing it slowly... slowly... Bill Whittle Looks at how the Affordable Care Act and the National Defense Authorization Act threaten our First and Fifth Amendment rights and how both parties are slowly taking away the protections that guard us from the Ring of Power.
FIREWALL: I'm Talking to You
At current spending rates, there will be no U.S. Economy by 2027. That's not Bill's opinion: that's the opinion of the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office, using the Obama Administration's own numbers, and Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner doesn't even bother to deny it.
This might be of some interest to you.

FIREWALL: The Battle of Big Ideas: Constrained vs. Unconstrained

In Part 1 of The Battle of Big Ideas, Bill Whittle looks at the two visions of Mankind that Thomas Sowell has labeled "Constrained" and "Unconstrained," and the examples of their twin Revolutions: the Constrained American Revolution and the Unconstrained French Revolution.
RIP: Andrew Breitbart
Today, conservatism lost a champion, and Bill and Jeremy lost a dear friend. Andrew Breitbart died of natural causes shortly after midnight last night in Los Angeles. God be with his family and his many friends.
Two years ago, we poduced this video in defense of Andrew. He will be deeply missed.

SCRIBING: Obama's Education Takeover
In association with our friends at Encounter Books, from Lance T. Izumi's tract by the same name:
By using billions of dollars in federal funding to strong arm states to adopt national standards of dubious quality, the Obama administration has raised federal intrusion into education to new heights, transferring control over the nation's classrooms to anonymous federal bureaucrats, special interest lobbies, and insider experts, ultimately rendering parents and taxpayers powerless.
